Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to anyone who visits our website. We also maintain a Privacy Policy and other terms that may apply to specific purchases, portions, or features of the site — together, the "Terms," forming a contractual agreement between Moducase Pte Ltd ("we," "us," or "Moduspace") and you.

By using this website, you agree to the Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

  1. Moduspace reserves the right to end promotions at any time.
  2. Vouchers and promotional coupons are single-use per account.
  3. Buyers are responsible for all import taxes and duties applicable in their delivery country.
  4. We may change these Terms at any time at our sole discretion; your order is governed by the version posted at the time you ordered.
  5. We reserve the right to limit sales of any product or service to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis, and to limit quantities or discontinue any product without notice. Any offer made on this site is void where prohibited.
  6. We've made every effort to display colours accurately, but monitor and browser variation means colour reproduction online is never fully precise.
  7. We reserve the right to photograph your delivered product for internal reference, marketing, and any other use.

Payment Terms

Payment Methods: PayPal, Partial.ly, local bank deposit (Wise payment).

Deposit. A deposit of 50% (PayPal or local bank deposit) or 35% (Partial.ly) is payable when you place your order. Your payment invoice will be sent within 1–3 business days. Please pay within 7 calendar days of the invoice date to avoid cancellation of your order.

Final Payment. Once your display is ready for delivery, we'll contact you for final payment, which must clear before we courier your order out. Final payment is due within 2 weeks of that notice — after which Moduspace reserves the right to reassign your order without further notice.

Pre-Order Terms

Please read carefully before submitting a Pre-Order. Submitting a Pre-Order means you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

Priority. We manufacture in batches by series, not strictly in the order pre-orders were placed — order numbers may not dispatch in sequence. If you cancel or forfeit your reservation, your position passes to the next person on the waitlist. We may also need to build Products for in-house or third-party testing, evaluation, and display ahead of fulfilling reservations, and may in our discretion offer a limited number of Products for sale to the public ahead of reservations.

Delivery Schedule. We'll make reasonable efforts to deliver as soon as practicable, but delays can happen. Any estimated delivery time (ETD) is an estimate only, subject to change — we don't represent or warrant a specific ship date, and delays don't entitle you to discounts, refunds, or credit beyond what's set out in our Refund Policy. We'll provide periodic delivery-schedule updates. If you no longer wish to wait, you may cancel per our Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Moducase Pte Ltd is not liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from these Terms. If we're found liable for any damages arising from these Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy is a full refund of your purchase price, without interest.

Safety Disclaimer

Display cases can tip over if not used according to specification, which may cause serious injury. Recommended precautions:

  • DF series — for stacks higher than 3, wall-anchor the top of the stack.
  • MAX series — for stacks higher than 3, wall-anchor the top of the stack.
  • Sixth series — for stacks higher than 4, wall-anchor the top of the stack.
  • Wall hanging — only recommended for DF30 and Sixth series. DF30, SIXTH55, SIXTH98, and SIXTH110 require 4 wall-mounting points; SIXTH165 requires 6. Always follow the recommended weight loading for your series.

Changes to the Website

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the website or any feature, content, or product offered through it, at any time and without notice, and may change or waive any associated fees. We're not liable to you or any third party for any of the foregoing.

We use any information collected about you only in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
