Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We collect a deposit at checkout and charge the remaining balance once your order is ready for delivery.

You can cancel a pre-order any time before it's ready for delivery. How much of your deposit is refundable depends on our Refund Policy. Look for the full breakdown of timeframes and refund amounts.

Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled this way, but you may still be eligible for a return under our Refund Policy.

We don't currently offer subscriptions or try-before-you-buy purchases. If that changes, this policy will be updated to reflect it.
